基于互联网+的乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理方案的构建

摘　　要：目的基于互联网+构建乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理方案。方法通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈初步拟定乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理方案。于2023年5—7月选取来自上海、辽宁、湖南、河北等省/直辖市涵盖乳腺外科医疗、肿瘤护理、肿瘤康复、护理管理、生殖、营养、心理等10个领域的25名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,最终确定乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理方案。结果2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为88%和100%,专家权威系数为0.925。肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.090~0.182和0.168~0.355(P<0.05)。最终形成的乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理方案包含3个一级条目,17个二级条目及66个三级条目。结论本研究基于互联网+构建的乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理方案具有一定的科学性及实用性,可为乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理服务提供参考。Objective To construct the continuity of care program for patients with breast cancer after operation based on the Internet+.Methods From May to July 2023,25 experts from Shanghai,Liaoning,Hunan,Hebei,and other provinces/municipalities directly under the Central Government covering 10 fields of breast surgery,tumor care,tumor rehabilitation,nursing management,reproduction,nutrition,psychology,and other fields were selected to conduct 2 rounds of Delphi expert correspondence,and finally determine the continuous nursing plan for breast cancer patients after surgery.Results The positive coefficients for 2 rounds of expert inquiry were 88%and 100%,respectively,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.925.Kendall's W was 0.090-0.182 and 0.168-0.355(P<0.05).The final continuous nursing program for breast cancer patients after operation included 3 first-class items,17 second-class items,and 66 third-class items.Conclusion The continuous nursing program for breast cancer patients after operation based on the Internet+constructed in this study has certain scientific and practical significance,which can provide reference for the continuity of care services for breast cancer patients after operation.
