摘　　要：长期血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者,约半数会发生轻度或中度低血糖,低血糖的反复发生易导致患者对低血糖症状的识别能力减弱,进而出现低血糖感知受损(impaired awareness of hypoglycemia, IAH),而IAH会进一步增加严重低血糖发生风险,与患者健康结局密切相关。准确评估并尽早干预可能存在IAH的患者,对患者自我预防、减少严重低血糖事件和不良临床结局的发生具有重要意义。本文就国内外IAH的评估工具及影响因素现状进行综述,以期为临床医务人员科学选用IAH评估工具、准确识别IAH高危人群提供参考依据。About half of the patients with diabetes whose blood sugar was not well controlled for a long time have mild or moderate hypoglycemia,and the repeated occurrence of hypoglycemia reduces the recognition of hypoglycemia symptoms by the patients,which leads to impaired awareness of hypoglycemia(IAH).IAH further increases the incidence of severe hypoglycemia,which is closely related to the patient's health outcomes.Accurate evaluation and early intervention of IAH patients is of great significance for patients'self-protection,reduction of severe hypoglycemic events,and adverse clinical outcomes.This article reviewed the relevant situation and influencing factors of IAH assessment tools at home and abroad,in order to provide reference basis for clinical medical personnel to scientifically select hypoglycemia assessment tools of IAH and accurately identify high-risk populations for IAH.
