摘　　要：目的 分析2015—2024年国内外口腔衰弱领域研究热点及前沿。方法 以“口腔衰弱”为主题,系统检索2015年1月1日—2024年12月31日Web of Science核心合集、中国知网(CNKI)、维普和万方数据库中发表的有关国内外口腔衰弱的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件进行科学知识图谱的绘制和可视化分析。结果 最终共纳入文献243篇,发文量呈持续上升趋势,但国外总发文量高于国内;国内还未形成机构和地区间的合作关系网络;国外研究热点围绕衰弱、认知功能和吞咽困难等,国内热门研究类型为综述和影响因素分析,热点人群为老年人;流行病学、认知衰弱等将成为口腔衰弱领域的研究前沿。结论 国内口腔衰弱领域的研究尚不够深入和系统化,建议未来应扩大研究人群,加强机构与地区间协作,拓宽口腔衰弱研究领域。同时,应丰富研究设计的内容和方法,针对不同群体特点构建有效干预方案,积极防治老年人口腔衰弱,有效提高其生活质量。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of oral frailty at home and abroad form 2015 to 2024.Methods With"oral frailty"as the theme,a systematic search was conducted in the Web of Science core collection,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases for relevant literature published from January 1,2015 to January 1,2025.CiteSpace software was used to draw and visualize the scientific knowledge map.Results A total of 243 articles were included,and the number of published articles showed a continuous upward trend,but the total number of foreign publications was higher than that of domestic ones;No cooperation network among institutions and regions had been formed in China yet;Foreign research hotspots revolved around frailty,cognitive function,and dysphagia,while the popular research types in China were reviews and factor analysis,and the hot population was the elderly;Epidemiology and cognitive frailty would become the research frontiers in the field of oral frailty.Conclusion The research on oral frailty in China is still not deep and systematic enough.It is suggested that in the future,the research population should be expanded,and collaboration among institutions and regions should be strengthened,and the research field of oral frailty should be broadened.At the same time,the content and methods of research design should be enriched,and effective intervention plans should be constructed for different groups to actively prevent and treat oral frailty in the elderly and effectively improve their quality of life.
