摘　　要：总结了我国聚氨酯泡沫行业发泡剂1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷(HCFC-141b)淘汰管理计划实施进展,并分析在行业内发布HCFC-141b使用禁令的技术和经济可行性,以及禁令发布对国内外的社会影响.The implementation progress on the blowing agent HCFC-141b phase-out management plan in polyurethan foam sector in China was summarized in this article.The technical and economic feasibility of issuing the ban on use HCFC-141b in the PU foam sector was analyzed,also the social impact of the ban domestic and overseas was analyzed.
