摘 要:以纳米碳酸钙为主要功能填料,制备触变性遇水膨胀聚氨酯密封胶.从纳米碳酸钙结构入手,分析了纳米碳酸钙对所制备聚氨酯密封胶的状态和性能的影响.结果显示,经表面活化处理、粒径适合的活性纳米碳酸钙对内聚力较高的遇水膨胀聚氨酯体系能产生较好的触变效果和良好的分散性,并具有较好的补强和膨胀率提升效果,密封胶的拉伸强度、剪切强度、断裂伸长率、体积膨胀率有提升,同时纳米碳酸钙对密封胶热性能、热分解温度有一定的提升.Thixotropic water-swellable polyurethane sealants were prepared by using nano-calcium carbonate as the main functional filler.The effects of nano-calcium carbonate on the state and performance of the prepared polyurethane sealant was analyzed based on the structure of nano-calcium carbonate.The results showed that suitably sized active nano-cium carbonate treated with surface activation could produce better thixotropic effect and good dispersibility in high cohesion water-swelling polyurethane systems,and had good and water-stop performance enhancement effects.The tensile strength,shear strength,elongation at break and volume expansion rate of the sealant were improved,and thermal performance of the sealant was also enhanced to varying degrees,and the thermal decomposition temperature of the sealant increased.
