摘  要:利用有机配体叔丁醇和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)的不同加入方式自制了系列双金属氰化物催化剂(DMC),使用X射线衍射仪对其结构进行表征,并以聚丙二醇PPG400为起始剂、环氧丙烷(PO)为聚合单体原料、DMC为催化剂合成聚醚多元醇,考察DMC的催化性能.结果表明,叔丁醇预先加入盐溶液中,并先后再加入叔丁醇和DMP,此法制备的催化剂结晶度低,催化得到的聚醚多元醇分子量分散系数小.A series of bimetallic cyanide catalysts(DMC)were prepared by using different addition methods of organic ligand tert-butanol and dimethyl phthalate(DMP).The structures of DMC were characterized by X-ray diffractometer.Polyether polyols were synthesized using PPG400 as starting agent,propylene oxide(PO)as monomer raw material and DMC as catalyst.The catalytic performance of DMC was investigated.The results showed that,when tert-butanol was added into salt solution in advance,and then tert-butanol and DMP were added successively,the crystallinity of the catalyst prepared by this method was low,and the molecular weight dispersion coefficient of polyether polyol was small.
