摘 要:近年来,电厂除盐水箱内壁聚脲防腐涂层溶出导致的水箱出水电导率和有机物超标现象仍有存在.对聚脲涂层试片在除盐水中有机溶出物的溶出量(以TOC计)进行测定的基础上,采用傅里叶变换-红外光谱、核磁氢谱以及气相色谱-质谱法对试片浸泡液中的有机物组分进行了筛查检测,用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法对元素含量进行了测定,分析确定了溶出物在涂层原料组分中的来源,从原材料角度提出了降低除盐水箱内壁聚脲防腐涂层溶出物的建议措施.In recent years,due to the dissolution of polyurea anticorrosive coating in the demineralized water tank of power plant,the phenomenon of excessive conductivity and organic matter content in the effluent water of the tank still exist.On the base of the determination of organic leachables content(measured in TOC)of the polyurea coating test blocks in demineralized water,organic compounds of the soak solution of test blocks were screened and detected by FT-IR,NMR and GC-MS,elements were determined by the ICP-OES.The source of the dissovlates in the coating material components were determined and analysized,the measures to reduce the dissolution of the coating were proposed.
