摘　　要：目的:观察铜砭刮痧治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的临床效果。方法:选择2023年5月-2024年3月赣州市中医院中医护理门诊收治的86例慢性荨麻疹患者,按数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪片,观察组在对照组基础上给予铜砭刮痧治疗,4周后进行疗效判定。结果:治疗后,观察组慢性荨麻疹症状评分表(MILOR)(症状包括风团数目、风团大小、瘙痒程度、风团发生次数、风团持续时间)评分及皮肤病生活质量(DLQI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铜砭刮痧治疗慢性荨麻疹能提高临床疗效,促进患者症状消退,降低复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tongbian guasha in treating patients with chronic urticaria.Methods:A total of 86 patients with chronic urticaria treated in the outpatient Department of Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to numerical random table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally,and the observation group was given tongbian guasha treatment on the basis of the control group,and the efficacy was evaluated 4 weeks later.Results:After treatment,the scores of chronic urticaria symptom scale(MILOR)(wheal number,wheal size,itching degree,wheal occurrence times and wheal duration)and the score of quality of life(DLQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating chronic urticaria with tongbian guasha can improve the clinical effect,promote the symptom remission and reduce the recurrence rate.
