莉芙敏联合性激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察莉芙敏联合性激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征(PMS)的效果。方法:选择2022年1月-2024年1月在安顺市妇幼保健院接受治疗的PMS患者122例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组接受性激素替代疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用莉芙敏治疗。比较两组性激素、子宫内膜厚度、绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)评分、骨密度、维生素D 3水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及MENQOL评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、维生素D 3水平、骨密度及子宫内膜厚度均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莉芙敏联合性激素替代疗法用于PMS患者,可调节性激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,改善骨密度,提高维生素D 3水平,减轻临床症状,提高生命质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Livemin combined with sex hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods:All 122 patients with PMS who were treated in hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 61 patients received hormone replacement therapy,while the observation group of 61 patients received the same treatment as the control group plus lifumin.The sex hormones,endometrial thickness,total score of the menopausal quality of life scale(MENQOL),bone density,and vitamin D 3 levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and MENQOL score of the observation was lower than the control group.After treatment,the levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),vitamin D 3,bone mineral density and endometrial thickness were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with PMS who receive treatment with Livemin and sex hormone replacement therapy can regulate their sex hormone levels,increase endometrial thickness,improve bone density,increase vitamin D 3 levels,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve quality of life.
