摘　　要：目的:探究慢性溃疡患者创面细菌学及药敏性研究价值。方法:选取2023年1月1日-2024年8月1日就诊于宜春市中医院的74例慢性溃疡患者为研究对象,统一收集患者慢性溃疡创面的样本,严格按照实验室要求进行细菌培养、鉴定以及药敏试验,统计分析试验结果。结果:74例慢性溃疡患者的创面分泌物经过培养后得到72株病原菌。革兰阳性菌28株,其中12株属于多重耐药菌株,10株属于金黄色葡萄球菌;青霉素耐药率最高(92.86%),其次是复方新诺明(78.57%)。革兰阴性菌36株,其中30株属于多重耐药菌株,22株属于肠杆菌科;美罗培南耐药率最高(77.78%),其次是氨苄西林(72.22%)。结论:临床治疗慢性溃疡患者时需结合药敏试验结果,合理选择的抗生素进行治疗,避免药物滥用现象。Objective:To explore the study value of wound bacteriology and drug sensitivity in patients with chronic ulcer.Methods:Seventy-four patients with chronic ulcers treated in yichun hospital of traditional chinese medicine from January 1,2023 to August 1,2024 were selected as the subjects of this study.Samples of chronic ulcer wounds were uniformly collected,and bacterial culture,identification and drug susceptibility tests were carried out in strict accordance with laboratory requirements,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results:Seventy-two strains of pathogenic bacteria and 28 strains of gram-positive bacteria were obtained from the wound secretions of 74 patients with chronic ulcer,of which 12 strains belonged to multidrug resistance and 10 strains belonged to Staphylococcus aureus.The resistance rate of penicillin was the highest(92.86%),followed by that of cotrimoxazole(78.57%).There were 36 gram-negative strains,of which 30 belonged to multidrug resistance and 22 belonged to Enterobacteriaceae.Meropenem had the highest resistance rate(77.78%),followed by ampicillin(72.22%).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of patients with chronic ulcers should be combined with the results of drug sensitivity test to select reasonable antibiotics for effective treatment to avoid the proliferation of drug abuse.
