规范化培训对助产士实施新生儿早期基本保健技术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨规范化培训对助产士实施新生儿早期基本保健(ENNC)技术效果的影响。方法:选择2022年9月-2023年4月北京怀柔医院的16名助产士为研究对象。2022年9月-2022年12月对其进行常规培训(对照A组),并以此期间收治的75例经阴道分娩产妇为对照B组;2023年1月-2023年4月对其进行规范化培训(观察A组),并以此期间收治的75例经阴道分娩产妇为观察B组。比较两组助产士考核成绩、培训满意度及两组母婴相关指标。结果:观察A组助产士理论考核成绩、实操考核成绩均高于对照A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察A组助产士培训满意度高于对照A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察B组早开奶率、晚断脐率、90 min母婴皮肤接触率均高于对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:助产士行规范化培训可提高考核成绩及培训满意度,改善母婴健康状态。Objective:To explore the impact of standardized training on the implementation of early neonatal health care(ENNC).Methods:Sixteen midwives from Beijing Huairou Hospital from September 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.From September 2022 to December 2022,they were given routine training(control group A),and 75 cases of vaginal delivery during this period were treated as control group B.From January,2023 to April,2023,they were given standardized training(observation group A),and 75 parturients who gave birth through vagina were treated as observation group B during this period.The assessment results of the two midwives,midwife training satisfaction and maternal and infant related indicators were compared.Results:The results of theoretical examination and practical examination of midwives in observation group A were higher than those in control group A(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of midwives in observation group A was higher than that in control group A(P<0.05).The rate of early milk opening,late umbilical cord breaking and 90 min skin contact between mother and infant in group B were higher than those in control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized training for midwives can improve the assessment performance and training satisfaction,and improve the health status of mother and child.
