角色定位模式下的优化急诊护理方案在脑卒中患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨角色定位模式下的优化急诊护理方案应用于脑卒中患者的应用效果。方法:将2022年6月-2022年12月在厦门大学附属中山医院就诊的40例脑卒中患者纳入对照组,将2023年1月-2023年6月在相同医院就诊的40例脑卒中患者纳入观察组。对照组采用常规急诊护理方案干预,观察组采用角色定位模式下的优化急诊护理方案干预,比较两组的治疗时间、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分。结果:观察组入院接诊时间、就诊至CT检查报告签发时间、就诊至实验室检查结果签发时间、就诊至溶栓治疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,GOS和SS-QOL各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:角色定位模式下的优化急诊护理方案能够缩短脑卒中患者的就诊时间,提高治疗效果,改善患者的预后。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the optimized emergency nursing scheme under the role-oriented mode applied to stroke patients.Methods:All 40 patients with stroke from June 2022 to December 2022 were included in the control group,and 40 patients with stroke from January 2023 to June 2023 were included in the optimization group.Patients in the control group were intervened by conventional emergency nursing scheme,while patients in the optimization group were intervened by optimized emergency nursing scheme under the role orientation mode.The treatment time,scores of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),glasgow outcome scale(GOS)and stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of admission,CT examination results,laboratory examination results and thrombolysis in the optimized group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the optimized group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GOS and SS-QOL score of the optimized group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized emergency nursing scheme under the role-oriented mode can shorten the time of seeing a doctor for stroke patients,improve the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients.
