摘 要:目的:探讨“云伴母婴”APP父母课堂联合家庭参与式护理(FICare)模式在新生儿监护病房(NICU)极早产儿中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2020年4月-2022年4月NICU收治的80例极早产儿分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上开展“云伴母婴”APP父母课堂联合FICare模式护理。两组均持续护理1~2个月。比较两组极早产儿生长发育情况、住院时间、父母出院准备度、父母育儿胜任感和极早产儿院内感染率、再入院率。结果:观察组头围、体质量和身长等生长发育指标优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后中文版出院准备量表(父母版)(C-RHD-Parent Form)中疾病知识、身心状态、疼痛状态、预期社会支持评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后中文版育儿胜任感量表(C-PSOC)中效能和满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组院内感染率、再入院率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“云伴母婴”APP父母课堂联合FICare模式可加快NICU极早产儿生长发育,降低院内感染率,缩短住院时间,提升父母出院准备度和育儿胜任感,减少再入院风险,帮助极早产儿顺利回归家庭。Objective:To explore the application effect of`cloud with mother and infant'APP parents'classroom combined with family participatory nursing(FICare)model in extremely premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:All 80 cases of extremely premature infants admitted to NICU in hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group,in addition to routine nursing,underwent the`cloud with mother and infant'APP parent class combined with the FICare model of nursing.Both groups received continuous nursing care for 1~2 months.The growth and development,hospital stay,parents'readiness for discharge,parents'competence in child care,hospital infection rate and readmission rate of extremely premature infants were compared between the two groups.Results:The head circumference,weight and length of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of disease knowledge,physical and mental state,pain state,and expected social support in the Chinese version of the Chinese version of the discharge preparation scale after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of efficacy and satisfaction in the Chinese version of childcare competency scale(C-PSOC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nosocomial infection rate and readmission rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The`cloud with mother and infant'APP parents classroom combined with FICare model can accelerate the growth and development of extremely premature infants in NICU,reduce the hospital infection rate,shorten their hospital stay,improve the parents'readiness for discharge and childcare competence,reduce the risk of readmission,and help extremely premature infants
