舆情热度与叙事框架对用户信息搜寻意愿的影响机制

摘　　要：研究采用2(舆情热度:舆情热度高vs.舆情热度低)×2(叙事框架:叙事信息框架vs.非叙事信息框架)的组间实验设计,探讨网络舆情事件中不同舆情热度与叙事框架对用户信息搜寻意愿的影响过程和边界条件。结果表明:相比非叙事信息框架,叙事信息框架更能促进利益相关者感知和信息搜寻意愿;这一影响在舆情热度高或低的情况下都成立,但在高舆情热度情况下的促进强度要高于低舆情热度情况;利益相关者感知在舆情热度和叙事框架对信息搜寻意愿的影响关系之间具有显著的中介效应;内在政治效能感调节利益相关者感知和信息搜寻意愿的关系,内在政治效能感低的用户,其利益相关者感知对提高信息搜寻意愿的作用会显著增强。An experimental design of 2(public opinion hot-degree:high vs.low)×2(narrative framework:narrative messages framework vs.non-narrative messages framework)was adopted to study the influence process and boundary conditions of different public opinion hot-degree and narrative frameworks on users'information seeking intention in online public events.The results show that:compared with non-narrative information framework,narrative information framework can promote stakeholders'perception and information seeking intention;this effect is established both in the case of high and low public opinion hot-degree,but the promotion intensity in the case of high public opinion hot-degree is higher than that in the case of low public opinion hotdegree.Stakeholder perception has a significant mediating effect between the public opinion hot-degree and the influence of narrative framework on information seeking intention;intrinsic political efficacy regulates the relationship between stakeholders'perception and information seeking intention,and the role of stakeholders'perception in improving information seeking intention will be significantly enhanced for users with low intrinsic political efficacy.
