摘  要:囿于对传播主体能动特征的简单认知,人机传播研究存在先入为主、以偏概全和以静抑动等局限,忽视了对传播过程的关照。文章借由技术中介理论对“人-技术关系”的多元理解,探索智能技术社会化背景下的人机传播。技术中介理论从互动过程直观,为理解人机传播提供了意识、身体、情境三个方面的合理性,推进了人机传播在关系维度的发展。从技术中介理论出发,通过技术与人类交互发生的与身体相关的不同空间距离可将人机传播归纳为三种类型:伴身式人机传播、环身式人机传播、离身式人机传播,不同的传播类型具有迥异的传播特征。类型化为理解智能技术的社会化应用及其与人类的交互奠定了基础,成为认识人机传播的关系维度视角。Limited by the simple cognition of the active characteristics of the communication subject,the research on human-machine communication has some problems,such as preconceived ideas,partial generalizations,and static suppression,and neglects the care of the communication process.Based on the multiple understandings of the"human-technology relationship"in the theory of technological mediation,this paper explores the human-machine communication in the context of the socialization of intelligent technology.The technology mediation theory provides the rationality of consciousness,body and context for understanding human-machine communication from the intuitive interaction process,and promotes the development of humanmachine communication in the relational dimension.Based on the theory of technology mediation,humanmachine communication can be summarized into three types through the different spatial distances related to the body through the interaction between technology and human beings:companion human-machine communication,circum-body human-machine communication,and detached human-machine communication,and different communication types have different communication characteristics.Typology lays a foundation for understanding the social application of intelligent technology and its interaction with humans,and becomes a relational dimension perspective for understanding human-machine communication.
