摘　　要：危重症患儿经常需要接受血浆和血小板输注,为了指导该类患儿的输血实践,输血和贫血专家倡议——控制/预防出血(TAXI-CAB)专家组制定了《危重儿童血浆和血小板输注实践的建议和专家共识》,提出了8种危重疾病患儿血浆和血小板输注以及实验室检测、血浆和血小板成分的选择/处理、研究优先事项相关的53项推荐意见。本文将介绍该指南推荐意见形成的具体方法和结果。To guide transfusion practice in critically ill children who often need plasma and platelet transfusions,the Transfusion and Anemia Expertise Initiative-Control/Avoidance of Bleeding(TAXI-CAB)developed Recommendations and Expert Consensus for Plasma and Platelet Transfusion Practice in Critically Ill Children.This guideline addresses 53 recommendations related to plasma and platelet transfusion in critically ill children with 8 kinds of diseases,laboratory testing,selection/treatment of plasma and platelet components,and research priorities.This paper introduces the specific methods and results of the recommendation formation of the guideline.
