摘 要:针对同步亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化-反硝化(SNAD)工艺在实际工程应用中易受水质、水量变化冲击的问题,构建了部分亚硝化-反硝化(PND)与SNAD组合工艺处理污泥消化液.在197 d的连续运行过程中,逐级增加水量,最终实现了400 m^(3)/d的设计处理水量,出水COD和TN浓度分别为421.1和330.9 mg/L,出水COD和TN去除率分别为80.3%和88.0%,PND-SNAD工艺成功启动.碳氮平衡分析表明,PND单元对COD和TN的去除贡献率分别为65.9%和42.6%,出水NH_(4)^(+)-N浓度降低至514.0 mg/L,有效改善了SNAD单元的进水水质.SNAD单元中,82.1%的TN通过厌氧氨氧化途径去除.高通量测序结果表明,PND单元絮状污泥中氨氧化菌相对丰度(0.194%)显著高于反硝化菌相对丰度(0.063%),有利于实现亚硝化.Candidatus Brocadia是优势厌氧氨氧化菌,在SNAD单元生物膜上显著富集(相对丰度为22.44%).In response to the challenges faced by the simultaneous nitritation-anammox-denitrification(SNAD)process in practical engineering applications,including susceptibility to fluctuations in water quality and quantity,a combined process of partial nitritation and denitrification(PND)with SNAD is constructed for treating sludge digestion liquor.During the continuous 197-day operation,the water volume is gradually increased,ultimately reaching a design capacity of 400 m^(3)/d.The effluent concentrations of COD and TN are 421.1 and 330.9 mg/L,with COD and TN removal efficiencies of 80.3%and 88.0%,respectively.The PND-SNAD process is successfully started.Carbon and nitrogen balance analysis reveals that the PND unit contributes 65.9%to COD removal and 42.6%to TN removal,reducing the effluent NH_(4)^(+)-N concentration to 514.0 mg/L,which effectively improves the influent quality to the SNAD unit.In the SNAD unit,82.1%of TN is removed through the anammox pathway.High-throughput sequencing results reveal that the relative abundance of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(0.194%)in the PND unit′s flocculent sludge is significantly higher than that of denitrifying bacteria(0.063%),which favors nitritation.Candidatus Brocadia is the dominant anammox bacterium,significantly enriched on the biofilm of the SNAD unit(relative abundance of 22.44%).
