摘  要:径流式气波引射器运转时,轴功是需要考虑的一个重要参数.通过数值模拟分析了结构和操作参数与轴功之间的关系,得出了最优参数.结果表明,对于弯曲通道,当固壁距离为6°、偏转距离为16°、中压端口尺寸为23°时设备性能最优.在操作参数方面,当膨胀比为1.5、压缩比为1.15、转速为3250 r/min时设备输出轴功仅为453 W,引射率为66%,等熵效率为73%.相比于结构和操作参数,径流式气波引射器的流道形式对设备性能的影响更为重要,对于斜通道,倾斜角度为60°时,输出轴功为730 W,引射率为134%,等熵效率为78%,性能较好.计算所得数据对于径流式气波引射器的优化和设计具有重要的指导意义.Shaft power is an important parameter to be considered when the runoff air wave ejector is running.The relationship of structure and operation parameters with shaft power is analyzed by numerical simulation,and the optimal parameters are obtained.The results show that for the curved channel,the performance of the device is optimal when the fixed wall distance is 6°,the deflection distance is 16°and the medium-pressure port size is 23°.In terms of operation parameters,when the expansion ratio is 1.5,the compression ratio is 1.15,and the rotational speed is 3250 r/min,the output shaft power of the device is only 453 W,the ejection rate is 66%,and the isentropic efficiency is 73%.Compared with structure and operation parameters,the channel form of the runoff air wave ejector has a more important influence on the performance of the device.For the inclined channel,when the inclination angle is 60°,the output shaft power is 730 W,the ejection rate is 134%,and the isentropic efficiency is 78%,indicating good performance.The calculated data have important guiding significance for the optimization and design of the runoff air wave ejector.
