摘 要:廓清课程思政的理论渊源是探讨课程思政能力结构的理论前提,明晰课程思政能力结构是探索教师课程思政能力提升路径的理论基础。课程思政是在课程中内生思政元素、实现课程育人价值的课程实践,是对实践遮蔽的课程价值意蕴的唤醒,是一种统整的课程组织方式和创生取向的课程实施方式。教师的课程思政心理和行为逻辑是解析教师课程思政能力结构的逻辑理路。教师课程思政能力是教师课程思政心理特征和行为的综合表现,包括课程思政理解力、课程思政认同力、课程思政整合力、课程思政设计力、课程思政实施力、课程思政评价力六个要素。六个要素共同构成了教师课程思政能力内在的信息输入系统、情感动力系统、行为输出系统和综合反馈系统。教师增强课程思政意识和形成课程思政观是提升教师课程思政能力的观念路径,开展系统的课程思政实践和建立有效的课程思政制度是提升教师课程思政能力的实践路径。Clarifying the theoretical origin of curriculum ideology and politics is the theoretical premise of exploring the structure of curriculum ideology and politics ability,and sorting out the structure of curriculum ideology and politics ability is the theoretical basis of exploring the path to improve teachers’curriculum ideology and politics ability.Curriculum ideology and politics is a curriculum practice which is growing curriculum ideology and politics elements in the curriculum and realizing the educational value of the curriculum.It is a kind of integrated curriculum organization mode and innovation-oriented curriculum implementation.Teachers’psychology and behavior logic are the logical way to analyze the structure of teachers’curriculum ideology and politics ability.Teachers’curriculum ideology and politics ability is the comprehensive performance of teachers’psychological characteristics and behaviors,including six elements,such as the ability of curriculum ideology and politics understanding,identity,integration,design,implementation and evaluation.The six elements together constitute the information input system,emotional power system,behavior output system and comprehensive feedback system of teachers’curriculum ideology and politics ability.Enhancing teachers’consciousness of curriculum ideology and politics and forming their views of curriculum ideology and politics are the idea pathways to improve teachers’curriculum ideology and politics ability.Conducting systematic practice of curriculum ideology and politics and establishing effective systems for ideological and political curriculum are the practice pathways to enhancing teaches’capabilities in this area.
