摘  要:针对传统秸秆取样方式存在的操作安全性低、取样深度浅、工作效率低的问题,设计了一种采用三相电机驱动,可自动化操作的秸秆取样装备。利用UG软件进行结构设计,制作了实物样机,并进行了试验。结果表明:该秸秆自动取样装备能力满足设计要求,可以实现不小于1.5m的秸秆取样深度、不小于40g的取样质量和不多于120s的取样时间,同时适用于多种类型秸秆;解决了传统取样方式人工操作风险高、取样工作效率低等难题,为秸秆自动取样装备的研发以及升级提供借鉴。In view of the problems of low operational safety,shallow sampling depth and low working efficiency in traditional straw sampling methods,an automatic straw sampling equipment driven by a three-phase motor and capable of automatic operation was designed.The structure was designed by using UG software,a physical prototype was fabricated and tests were carried out.The results show that the capacity of the automatic straw sampling equipment meets the design requirements,and it can achieve a straw sampling depth of no less than 1.5 m,a sampling mass of no less than 40 g and a sampling time of no more than 120 s.Meanwhile,it is applicable to various types of straw.This equipment resolves the difficulties such as high manual operation risks and low sampling efficiency in traditional sampling methods,providing a reference for the research and development and upgrading of automatic straw sampling equipment.
