村民感知视角下普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响研究

摘　　要：探明普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响效应具有重要理论价值和现实意义。基于微型金融理论,利用阜阳市188份村民微观调查数据,运用统计分析方法和PSM模型,从村民感知视角分析普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响。结果显示:普惠金融对乡村振兴水平有显著提升作用;普惠金融对乡村振兴建设满意度有正向促进作用;不同类型村民对于乡村振兴水平和满意度的感知存在明显差异。提出创新农业农村投融资体制、持续完善金融机构建设、探索普惠金融新模式等相关政策建议,以期为政府部门、金融机构等开展农村普惠金融服务提供科学依据和参考借鉴。Exploring the impact of inclusive finance on rural revitalization has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the theory of microfinance,this study used 188 micro-survey data of villagers in Fuyang City and PSM model to analyze the impact of inclusive finance on rural revitalization from the perspective of villagers.The result shows that inclusive finance has a significant improvement effect on the level of rural revitalization;inclusive finance has a positive promoting effect on the satisfaction of rural revitalization construction;there are significant differences in the perception of rural revitalization level and satisfaction among different types of villagers.Accordingly,policy recommendations are proposed,including innovating the financing system of agriculture and rural investment,continuously improving the construction of financial institutions and exploring new models of inclusive finance.These recommendations aimed to provide a scientific basis and reference for government departments,financial institutions and other organizations to carry out rural inclusive financial services.
