摘　　要：省级农科院是省域农业农村经济社会发展的重要科技力量。省级农科院积极作为,充分发挥引领地方农业科技创新的领头羊作用,积累了大量的实践经验。文章基于案例阐述了省级农科院开展区域农业科技创新的实践探索,分析省级农科院开展区域农业科技创新存在的问题,并从进一步优化省级农科院学科和科研力量布局、探索省域农业科技一体化的特色模式、完善多元化的科研评价体系等方面提出了省级农科院开展区域农业科技创新的优化路径。Provincial agricultural academy of sciences is an important scientific and technological force for the economic and social development of agriculture and rural areas in the province.The provincial agricultural academy of sciences has been actively involved,giving full play to its leading role in guiding local agricultural science and technology innovation,and has accumulated a wealth of practical experience.Based on case studies,this article elaborated on the practical exploration of regional agricultural science and technology innovation carried out by the provincial agricultural academy of sciences,analyzed the existing problems in this process,and proposed optimization paths for the provincial agricultural academy of sciences to carry out regional agricultural science and technology innovation from aspects such as further optimizing the layout of disciplines and scientific research strength,exploring characteristic models of provincial agricultural science and technology integration,and improving a diversified scientific research evaluation system.
