摘　　要：在全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业现代化的时代背景下,地市级农业科研院所处于农业科技研究与推广的前沿阵地,是将新质生产力提升与科技创新紧密相连的关键枢纽,在推动地方科技进步、服务经济社会发展等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。科技管理作为科研院所发展的核心驱动力,其水平的高低直接影响着科研资源的利用效率与创新成果的产出质量。文章以济源市农业科学院为研究对象,从资源状况、科技项目成果、科技合作交流和科技服务模式等方面阐述了该院科技管理现状,分析了地市级农业科研院所科技管理存在的问题,并提出了增加科研投入、增强创新意识、完善激励机制等加强地市级农业科研院所科技管理的建议。In the context of comprehensive rural revitalization and agricultural modernization,prefectural-level agricultural scientific research institutes are at the forefront of agricultural scientific and technological research and promotion.They are a key hub that closely links the improvement of new-quality productive forces with scientific and technological innovation,playing a pivotal role in promoting local scientific and technological progress and serving economic and social development.As the core driving force for the development of scientific research institutes,the level of science and technology management directly affects the utilization efficiency of scientific research resources and the output quality of innovative achievements.Taking Jiyuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object,this paper expounded the current situation of science and technology management in the academy from the aspects of resource status,scientific and technological project achievements,scientific and technological cooperation and exchange,and scientific and technological service models.It analyzed the problems existing in the science and technology management of prefectural-level agricultural scientific research institutes and put forward suggestions on strengthening the science and technology management of prefectural-level agricultural scientific research institutes,such as increasing scientific research investment,enhancing innovation awareness,and improving the incentive mechanism.
