地市级农业科研院所助力乡村全面振兴的实践与建议——以菏泽市农业科学院为例

摘　　要：文章深入探讨了乡村振兴战略对农业发展的重要意义,分析了地市级农业科研院所在推动乡村全面振兴中的作用,并以菏泽市农业科学院为例,阐述了其在良种选育、人才培养、特色产业发展和科技服务等方面助力乡村振兴战略实施取得的成效,并分析了菏泽市农业科学院助力乡村全面振兴过程中存在的问题,针对问题从强化创新驱动和人才培养、促进科技成果转化、立足菏泽特色农产品加强品牌和产业化建设、加快农业数字化和绿色化转型等方面提出了进一步推进乡村全面振兴的建议,以加快实现乡村全面振兴的目标。The article deeply explored the strategic importance of rural revitalization for agricultural development,analyzed the role of prefectural-level agricultural scientific research institutions in promoting comprehensive rural revitalization,and took Heze Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to elaborate on its achievements in assisting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in terms of selective breeding,talent training,development of characteristic industries,and scientific and technological services.It also analyzed the existing problems in the process of Heze Academy of Agricultural Sciences assisting comprehensive rural revitalization.Addressing these issues,suggestions were put forward to further promote comprehensive rural revitalization by strengthening innovation-driven and talent training,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,enhancing brand and industrialization construction based on Heze's characteristic agricultural products,and accelerating the digital and green transformation of agriculture,in order to expedite the realization of the goal of comprehensive rural revitalization.
