摘　　要：文章分析了当前农业科研项目管理中存在的主要问题,并从项目立项、实施到结题验收全流程提出了一系列切实可行的管理策略:应根据农业科研项目的实际情况设定关键节点,将项目细化为阶段性任务,实行高效管理,确保项目顺利实施;应积极与各方进行及时、准确的沟通,有效解决项目实施中的问题等。通过这些措施,进一步提升农业科研项目的管理效能,提升管理水平。This article analyzed the main problems existing in the current management of agricultural scientific research projects,and proposed a series of practical management strategies from the entire process of project initiation,implementation to conclusion and acceptance:key nodes should be set according to the actual situation of agricultural scientific research projects,the projects should be refined into phased tasks,efficient management should be implemented to ensure the smooth implementation of the project;timely and accurate communication with all parties should be actively carried out to effectively solve problems in project implementation,etc.Through these measures,the management efficiency and level of agricultural scientific research projects can be further improved.
