摘  要:生物育种是关系国家安全和发展全局的基础核心和科技前沿领域。有组织科研是“大科学”时代强化生物育种科技创新的客观要求,是实现种业科技自立自强、种源自主可控的有力支撑。文章介绍了我国生物育种发展现状,从基础研究、核心技术、重大新品种创制等方面分析了生物育种发展存在的问题,并围绕提升生物育种创新效能,从有组织科研角度提出加强战略引领、系统化布局选题、人才有组织协同配置、成果统筹管理、数智化发展所需资源统筹等方面提出了建议,以期为通过有组织科研方式提升生物育种创新效能和水平提供参考。Biological breeding is a fundamental and core area of science and technology that is crucial for national security and development.Organized scientific research is an objective requirement of the"big science"era,aimed at strengthening innovation in biological breeding.It serves as a strong support for achieving self-reliance and self-improvement in seed industry technology and independent control of seed sources.This article introduced the current status of biological breeding development in China,analyzed the existing problems in the development of biological breeding from the aspects of basic research,core technologies,and the creation of major new varieties.To enhance the innovation efficiency of biological breeding,suggestions were made from the perspective of organized scientific research,including strengthening strategic guidance,systematic layout and topic selection,organized and coordinated allocation of talents,unified management of achievements,and overall planning of resources needed for digital and intelligent development.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the innovation efficiency and level of biological breeding through organized scientific research methods.
