摘 要:构建农业科技管理人员考核评价机制,对激发管理人员工作效能、推进管理人才梯队建设、提高组织发展核心竞争力等具有重要意义。文章分析了当前农业科技管理人员考核评价存在的主要问题,提出构建以管理人员岗位职责为基本依据,细化“德、能、勤、绩、廉”等履职表现的考核评价指标体系,以丰富并拓展管理人员考核评价机制研究,推动农业科研单位创新发展。Building an assessment and evaluation mechanism for agricultural science and technology management personnel is of great significance for stimulating the work efficiency of management personnel,promoting the construction of a talent pipeline in management,and enhancing the core competitiveness of organizational development.This article analyzed the main problems existing in the current assessment and evaluation of agricultural science and technology management personnel,and proposed to build an assessment and evaluation index system based on the basic responsibilities of management personnel,detailing their performance in"morality,ability,diligence,achievement,and integrity".The aim is to enrich and expand the research on the assessment and evaluation mechanism for management personnel,thereby promoting the innovative development of agricultural research institutions.
