摘  要:人才队伍建设是全国重点实验室建设发展的中心环节,是实验室创新成果培育的重要保障。文章以植物病虫害综合治理全国重点实验室为例,介绍了人才队伍建设的基本情况,阐述了人才队伍建设的重要性,分析了“十三五”以来人才队伍建设取得的成效,并列举了其在人才队伍建设方面采取的创新举措,以期通过人才队伍建设助力全国重点实验室发展。The construction of talent teams is a crucial aspect of the development of State Key Laboratories and an important guarantee for cultivating innovative achievements in laboratories.This article,taking the State Key Laboratory for Biology of Plant Diseases and Insect Pests as an example,introduced the basic situation of talent team construction,elaborated on its importance,and analyzed the achievements made since the"13th Five-Year Plan".It also listed innovative measures taken in talent team construction,aiming to promote the development of State Key Laboratories through these efforts.
