摘　　要：中国式现代化与卫生健康事业发展密不可分:超大规模人口现代化要求把保障人民健康放在优先发展的战略位置,共同富裕与卫生健康事业发展相互促进,“两个文明”相协调有助于促进人民身心健康,人与自然和谐共生增进国民健康,和平发展助力人类卫生健康共同体的构建。我国卫生健康事业已经取得长足进步,但还存在人民日益增长的卫生健康需求与医疗卫生事业发展不平衡不充分的矛盾、人口老龄化和疾病谱变化加重医疗卫生负担、国民心理健康问题日趋凸显等方面的挑战和问题。为此,中国式现代化进程中的卫生健康事业发展,要从以治病为中心向以健康为中心转变;要实现医疗保障的全民性、可持续性和公平性;要通过生态文明建设来提高国民健康水平;要实现中医的现代化;要以新质生产力提高高端医疗产品的独立自主能力和加快数字健康建设;要以共同体理念助力卫生健康现代化。The development of China's health and wellness endeavors is inextricably linked to Chinese modernization:the modernization of a super-large population necessitates prioritizing the protection of people's health in strategic development;common prosperity and health advancement mutually reinforce each other;the coordination of “Two Civilizations”(material and spiritual) contributes to physical and mental well-being;harmony between humanity and nature enhances national health;and peaceful development facilitates the building of Global Health Community for All.While China's health sector has made remarkable progress,challenges persist,including imbalances between growing public health demands and uneven development of medical services,increasing healthcare burdens from population aging and shifting disease patterns,and the growing prominence of mental health issues.To address these challenges within the framework of Chinese modernization,the health sector must shift from a disease-treatment-centered model to a health-centered approach,achieve universal,sustainable,and equitable healthcare coverage,enhance national health through ecological civilization initiatives,modernize traditional Chinese medicine practices;strengthen self-reliance in high-end medical products and accelerate digital health infrastructure through new quality productive forces,and advance health modernization guided by the principle of a shared community.This study outlines a pathway for aligning health system reforms with the broader objectives of Chinese modernization,offering insights for developing countries pursuing health development strategies tailored to their national contexts.
