地方性体育赛事资金管理的社会效益与经济效益评价方法

摘　　要：以基于地方性体育赛事资金管理,采用问卷调查法和德尔菲法对其社会效益与经济效益评价方法进行了研究,结果表明,地方性体育赛事的资金管理效益评估体系,全面涵盖了社会与经济效益两大核心领域,具体细分为一个核心一级指标、六个关键二级指标,以及深入细化的十八个三级指标。二级指标权重显示,对体育赛事资金管理经济效益贡献较多的指标题项主要有赛事商品收益(0.2065)、赛事补贴赞助权益(0.1542)、赛事后勤服务产业收益(0.1460)。三级指标权重显示,对于赛事社会效益与经济效益影响较为显著的有赛事报名费及门票收入、赛事赞助招商收入、赛事用品消费收入、休闲服务业收入、旅游业的收入、政府补贴收入、提升城市知名度、提高城市基础建设水平等指标。通过指标权重可对赛事商业属性充分挖掘,增加赛事相关收入。This article studies the evaluation methods of social and economic benefits of local sports event fund management based on square sports event fund management,using questionnaire survey method and Delphi method.The results show that the evaluation index system of social and economic benefits of local sports event fund management includes one primary indicator,six secondary indicators,and eighteen tertiary indicators.The weight of secondary indicators shows that the indicators that contribute more to the economic benefits of sports event fund management are mainly event commodity income(0.2065),event subsidy sponsorship rights(0.1542),and event logistics service industry income(0.1460).According to the weight display of the third level indicators,the indicators that have a significant impact on the social and economic benefits of the event include event registration fees and ticket revenue,event sponsorship and investment revenue,event supplies consumption revenue,leisure service industry revenue,tourism industry revenue,government subsidy revenue,enhancing city visibility,and improving urban infrastructure level.By using indicator weights,the commercial attributes of the event can be fully explored,increasing the revenue related to the event.
