田理基于小儿“肺、脾常不足”辨治稚龄诸段鼻鼽治法及颐养之训

摘　　要：总结田理教授从益气活血通窍角度辨治小儿变应性鼻炎经验。田理认为肺脾气虚,瘀结鼻窍是小儿变应性鼻炎的核心病机,故以补益肺脾,活血通窍为治则,方选玉屏风散加减以益气活血通窍,并提出一系列小儿养生指要,发挥中医药防治优势。To summarise Professor Tian Li's experience in treating paediatric allergic rhinitis from the perspective of tonifying the lung and spleen,activating blood circulation and opening the orifices. Tian Li believes that lung,spleen and qi deficiency and stasis in the nose and orifices is the core pathogenesis of paediatric allergic rhinitis,therefore,the treatment principle is to tonify the lungs and spleens,activate blood circulation and open the orifices,and the formula is Yupingfengsan plus subtractions to promote qi,blood circulation and open the orifices,and proposes a series of paediatric health care instructions to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating allergic rhinitis.
