摘　　要：总结金哲教授应用花类药治疗妇科疾病经验。花类药多轻飘柔和,具有宣、畅、透、散的功效,可避秽解毒、活血疏肝。金哲教授认为凡妇人问病讲求“人与药和”,治疗当以“阴阳平和”为法,不宜太过、不及,太过则留邪,不及则伤正,使用峻猛之药时往往需配伍性平之药。花类药物药性平和恰和中焦敦厚之性,临证常用金银花解毒化毒,绿萼梅调肝开胃,天山雪莲温肾助阳,月季花、合欢花行气活血,梅花疏肝解郁,三七花行瘀敛血,红花养血活血,凌霄花破瘀镇痛,旋覆花轻灵升散且降逆下气,在治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染、小卵泡排卵、痛经等妇科疾病中效果显著,并创制外用中药“清毒栓”,提出“花虫同用”的思想。Summarize Professor Jin Zhe's experience in using flower based drugs to treat gynecological diseases. Flower based medicines are often light,gentle,and have the effects of promoting,smoothing,penetrating,and dispersing. They can avoid impurities,detoxify,promote blood circulation,and soothe the liver. Professor Jin Zhe believes that when a woman asks about illness,it is important to have a harmonious relationship between the person and the medicine. Treatment should be based on the principle of “balance between yin and yang”,and should not be too excessive or too insufficient. If it is too excessive,it will retain evil,and if it is too insufficient,it will harm the right. When using strong and powerful medicines,it is often necessary to combine them with medicines that are balanced in nature.The medicinal properties of floral drugs are balanced and moderate,with a strong and mellow nature. Commonly used in clinical practice are honeysuckle for detoxification and detoxification,green calyx plum for regulating the liver and stimulating appetite,Tianshan snow lotus for warming the kidneys and promoting yang,rose flowers and acacia flowers for promoting qi and blood circulation,plum blossoms for soothing the liver and relieving depression,Sanqi flowers for promoting blood stasis and blood stasis,safflower for nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,Lingxiao flowers for breaking blood stasis and relieving pain,Xuanfu flowers for light and light lifting and dispersing,and reducing retrograde qi. They have shown significant effects in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection,small follicle ovulation,dysmenorrhea and other gynecological diseases. They have also created a topical Chinese medicine called “Qingdu Shuan” and proposed the idea of “using flowers and insects together”.
