苟文伊基于“五脏柔弱”理论辨治糖尿病前期用药经验解析

摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)是常见的代谢性疾病,常合并高血压、高血脂、高尿酸血症、肥胖、脂肪肝等多种代谢异常,对于该病的预防至关重要。苟文伊教授基于“五脏柔弱”理论,坚持中医“治未病”理念,提出针对在糖尿病前期积极干预防治,认为糖尿病前期以肝强脾弱的基本病机,治疗原则为“疏肝理气、运脾化湿、肝脾同调”,遣方用药时强调理气,化湿,气津同治。Type 2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a common metabolic disease often accompanied by hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia,obesity,fatty liver,and other metabolic abnormalities. Prevention of this condition is crucial. Professor Gou Wenyi,based on the theory of “weakness of the five viscera” adheres to the traditional Chinese medicine principle of “treating diseases before they occur”. He proposes active intervention and prevention in prediabetes,considering the basic pathogenesis of prediabetes to be strong liver and weak spleen. The treatment principle is “soothing the liver and regulating qi,invigorating the spleen and eliminating dampness,harmonizing both liver and spleen”. In prescribing medication,emphasis is placed on regulating qi,eliminating dampness,and simultaneously treating both qi and body fluids.
