黄芪在气阴两虚型糖尿病中的应用

摘　　要：糖尿病是在各种因素共同影响下导致的代谢性疾病,以血糖异常升高为主要特征。气阴两虚型糖尿病在临床上是最常见的证型。黄芪属补气药类,应用广泛,具有养血生津、补气升阳、利水消肿、行滞通痹等作用。现代药理学证明其有调节血糖、血脂、抗炎、增强免疫力等作用。本文将对黄芪单药及其药对、复方在气阴两虚型糖尿病治疗中的应用予以叙述,以期为气阴两虚型糖尿病的临床治疗提供思路。Diabetes is a metabolic disease caused by the combined effects of various factors,characterized by abnormally high blood sugar levels. Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome is the most common type of diabetes in clinical practice. Astragalus is a commonly used herb that belongs to the category of tonifying qi drugs. It has a variety of functions,including nourishing blood,generating body fluids,tonifying qi,raising yang,promoting diuresis,eliminating edema,and unblocking stagnation. Modern pharmacology has shown that astragalus has regulatory effects on blood sugar,blood lipids,anti-inflammatory effects,and enhancement of immunity. This review will describe the application of astragalus monotherapy,its drug pairs,and compound formulas in the treatment of Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome-type diabetes,with the aim of providing clinical treatment ideas for this type of diabetes.
