摘 要:数字背景下,BIM等新技术在建筑行业得到了推广应用。在新疆维吾尔自治区南部地区,目前BIM技术应用研究都集中在前期技术阶段,而对于后期应用评估尚未做深入研究,故最为紧迫的是工程项目管理模式需要和BIM技术配套,并制定相应的评估体系。文章在研究国内外BIM技术绩效评估研究现状的基础上,对南疆地区BIM技术的应用价值和影响因素进行分析,提取和分析BIM相关文献的基础参数,确定本次研究的评价指标,并利用层次分析法,建立现阶段的BIM技术应用绩效评估体系。In the digital context,new technologies such as BIM have been promoted and applied in the construction industry.In the southern region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,current research on BIM technology application has focused on preliminary technical stages,while post-application evaluation remains understudied.Therefore,the most urgent task is to align engineering project management models with BIM technology and establish a corresponding evaluation system.Based on analyzing the current research status of BIM technology performance evaluation domestically and internationally,this study investigates the application value and influencing factors of BIM technology in southern Xinjiang.By extracting and analyzing basic parameters from BIM-related literature,evaluation indicators were determined,and a performance evaluation system for BIM technology application at this stage was established using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).
