摘 要:交通数智规划辅助决策推演系统是在我国数字经济发展与数据要素市场建设,交通行业数字化转型与精细化治理决策研究新要求的背景下出现的,能够面向交通规划设计前期研究,提供交通特征精细化分析、方案论证多情景推演支持。推演系统以多源交通大数据的融合分析和推演工具的开发建设为具体技术手段,形成数据接入、拥堵识别、成因诊断和工具开发的技术流程,有望助力城市交通精细化治理能力进一步提升。The intelligent transportation planning and decision-making simulation system has been developed in response to the new requirements for digital transformation and refined governance decision-making in the transportation industry,driven by China's digital economic development and the construction of the data element market.This system is designed to support the preliminary research of transportation planning and design by providing refined traffic characteristic analysis and multi-scenario simulation support for scheme argumentation.The system employs the integration and analysis of multi-source traffic big data,as well as the development of simulation tools,as its core technical means.It forms a technical process that includes data integration,congestion identification,cause diagnosis,and tool development,which is expected to further enhance the refined governance capabilities of urban transportation.
