摘 要:目前我国中大型城市的非机动车交通系统面临车辆保有量大、增长趋势强、货运占比提高、标准不统一、建设资源有限等一系列问题,如何对非机动车道路系统进行合理规划、高效建设和管理,是城市更新发展中迫切需要解决的问题。文章以上海市中心城区的非机动车道路系统为研究对象,通过文献调查、现场调研和大数据分析,详细探讨了目前上海市非机动车的出行特征、发展趋势以及道路系统存在的问题。针对存在问题,提出了均质化和层级化2种非机动车道路系统提升模式,并通过ARCGIS建模进行可达性分析。结果表明,层级化提升模式占用社会资源更低,能够更有效地提高非机动车道路系统的通行效率和安全性。基于以上结果,该研究认为大型城市优先发展和提升非机动车干道是更为可行的。Currently,non-motorized transportation systems in medium and large cities in China face a series of challenges,including high vehicle ownership,rapid growth trends,increased freight transport proportions,inconsistent standards,and limited construction resources.How to rationally plan,efficiently construct,and manage non-motorized road systems has become an urgent issue in urban renewal and development.This study focuses on the nonmotorized road system in downtown Shanghai,employing literature review,field surveys,and big data analysis to comprehensively explore the travel patterns,development trends,and existing problems of non-motorized transportation in Shanghai.To address these issues,two improvement models,homogenization and hierarchical,are proposed,and their effectiveness is evaluated through accessibility analysis using ARCGIS-based modeling.The results indicate that the hierarchical improvement model requires fewer social resources while more effectively enhancing the efficiency and safety of non-motorized road systems.Based on these findings,the study concludes that prioritizing the development and improvement of non-motorized arterial routes is a more feasible approach for large cities.
