摘 要:文章首先分析了目前行业标准中绿色公路评价体系的构建思路及其存在的问题,在确定绿色公路定义的基础上,提出了绿色公路的评价要素及原则。接着,针对现有行业标准,提出了叠加措施成效系数和措施评价系数的建议,并提议基于项目分类调整绿色公路评价指标权重体系。最后,以新建城镇段公路、新建平原地区公路、新建山区公路及原位改建4类项目为例,分析了指标权重的调整思路。本次研究有助于实现对现有绿色公路评价体系的改进,使之更加客观公正,对行业内相关研究具有一定参考价值。This paper first analyzes the construction framework and existing issues of green highway evaluation systems in current industry standards.Based on defining green highways,the study proposes evaluation elements and principles for green highways.To address limitations in existing standards,it recommends incorporating superposition measure effectiveness coefficients and measure evaluation coefficients,while suggesting adjustments to the weighting system of green highway evaluation indicators based on project classification.Case studies of four project types,newly built urban section highways,newly built plain area highways,newly built mountainous area highways,and in-situ reconstruction projects,are used to illustrate the rationale for index weighting adjustments.This research contributes to refining existing green highway evaluation systems,enhancing their objectivity and fairness,and provides valuable insights for related studies in the field.
