摘 要:文章以上海市周家嘴路隧道工程为工程实例,详述了城市装配式双层盾构隧道与现浇形式的施工工艺的区别,在此基础上进行了经济效益对比分析。单纯从工程预算角度看,预制装配式费用高于现浇,但是从工程实践效果来看,预制拼装技术确保了安全质量,大幅缩短了结构施工周期(缩短80%以上),大幅提升了工效(提高70%以上),大幅减少了现场作业人员(减少80%以上),大幅提高了预制化率(到达90%以上)。同时,该技术实现了专业化现代化工厂建造有利于高素质产业工人的培育,有利于企业及产业的长远发展。Taking the Zhoujiazui Road Tunnel project in Shanghai as an engineering example,this paper details the differences in construction techniques between prefabricated double-deck shield tunneling and cast-in-place methods.Based on this,an economic benefit comparison analysis is conducted.From the perspective of engineering budget alone,the cost of prefabricated assembly is higher than that of cast-in-place construction.However,in terms of practical engineering outcomes,prefabricated assembly technology ensures safety and quality,significantly shortens the structural construction period(by over 80%),greatly improves work efficiency(by over 70%),substantially reduces the number of on-site workers(by over 80%),and significantly increases the prefabrication rate(to over 90%).Additionally,this technology enables professional modern factory construction,which is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality industrial workers and the long-term development of enterprises and industries.
