摘 要:近年来,随着气候变化反常,极端降雨呈现趋多、趋频、趋强态势,城市内涝风险加剧。该研究以合肥市某建成区排水系统为例,基于InfoWorks ICM模型建立1D、2D耦合水动力学模型,采用两种评估方法进行不同重现期下排水系统管网的排水能力评估。方法一是基于设计工况评估,方法二则结合管道冒溢情况评估。对比分析评估结果,采用方法二评估更具落地性与针对性。在评估基础上,提出改造措施,并利用模型评估改造效果,为城市排水管渠改造、内涝点治理等提供了科学依据,同时提高了城市防涝管理水平。In recent years,with the increasing abnormality of climate change,extreme rainfall has become more frequent,intense,and numerous,exacerbating the risk of urban flooding.Taking a developed area's drainage system in Hefei as an example,this study establishes a 1D-2D coupled hydrodynamic model based on the InfoWorks ICM model and employs two evaluation methods to assess the drainage capacity of the drainage system under different return periods.Method one is based on the design conditions,while method two combines the assessment with pipe overflow conditions.The comparative analysis of the evaluation results indicates that method two is more practical and targeted.On the basis of the assessment,improvement measures are proposed,and the effectiveness of these measures is evaluated using the model.This provides a scientific basis for the transformation of urban drainage channels and the management of flood-prone points,and also enhances the urban flood prevention management level.
