摘 要:文章研究了在低碳背景下如何通过多式联运来优化物流运输系统的设计,分析了物流城的物流运输系统,提出了一种基于多式联运的优化方案,即通过运用不同类型的运输方式(如公路运输、铁路运输、水路运输等)最终形成一个多式联运系统方案。采用基于模拟退火和遗传算法的优化方法,根据实际的物流运输数据,以物流城到福州市区为例对福州现代物流城的物流运输系统进行优化设计,旨在为物流城规划设计及建设提供理论依据。研究表明,模拟退火遗传算法等方法可有效提高多式联运运输网络效率并减少运输成本和降低碳排放量。文章通过实例对多式联运运输网络进行分析,对福州现代物流城今后的多式联运运输网络规划具有借鉴作用,研究成果对于进一步提高货物的运输效率和服务质量具有重要的参考价值。This paper investigates how to optimize the design of logistics transportation systems under a low-carbon context through multimodal transportation.It analyzes the logistics transportation system of a logistics city and proposes an optimization plan based on multimodal transportation.This plan involves using different types of transportation modes(such as road,rail,and water transport)to form a multimodal transportation system.An optimization method combining simulated annealing and genetic algorithms is employed.Using actual logistics transportation data and taking the logistics city to Fuzhou urban area as an example,the logistics transportation system of Fuzhou Modern Logistics City is optimized.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the planning and construction of logistics cities.The study shows that methods such as simulated annealing genetic algorithms can effectively improve the efficiency of multimodal transportation networks,reduce transportation costs,and lower carbon emissions.The paper provides an analysis of the multimodal transportation network through a case study,which can serve as a reference for the future multimodal transportation network planning of Fuzhou Modern Logistics City.The research findings are of significant reference value for further improving the efficiency and service quality of cargo transportation.
