城市核心区市政隧道结构设计研究与施工验证——以郑州市二七广场隧道工程为例

摘  要:以城市更新为背景的市政工程建设往往面临各类既有设施的保护、改造问题。新建结构与现状设施的矛盾在用地受限的城市中心区域尤为突出。二七广场隧道工程位于郑州市核心咽喉区,隧道线位与已运营的轨道交通L1、L3存在总长480 m的平行交叠,并在广场内与既有德化地下商业街相交。在隧道结构的设计研究过程中,通过采用门式地基加固、抽条开挖、“桥跨式”共建改造等技术措施,合理解决了长距离下卧轨道交通区间保护和地下商业不间断运营共建改造等主要难点,并在后续施工的良好效果中得到验证,这为今后城市市政隧道的设计提供经验参考。Municipal construction projects in the context of urban renewal often face challenges related to the protection and renovation of existing facilities.The contradictions between new structures and existing facilities are particularly prominent in land-limited urban centers.The Erqi Plaza Tunnel Project is located in the core throat area of Zhengzhou,with a tunnel alignment that overlaps parallel with the operational rail transit lines L1 and L3 for a total length of 480 meters and intersects with the existing Dehua Underground Shopping Street within the plaza.During the design research of the tunnel structure,technical measures such as portal foundation reinforcement,strip excavation,and bridge-type joint construction and transformation were adopted to reasonably address the main difficulties of protecting the long-distance underlying rail transit sections and the joint transformation of the underground commercial street without interrupting its operation.The effectiveness of these measures was later verified in the subsequent construction process,providing valuable experience for the design of future urban municipal tunnels.
