摘  要:路侧管线的施工不当,尤其是采用拉管过河的施工方式,极易造成管道周边空隙,时间一长就会对道路路基等产生影响,使道路产生空洞等病害。这类病害常位于已建成设施下面,外观没有迹象,不易发现。出现病害后,常规的开挖检查和修复,对道路影响大、造价高、施工周期长。如何进行影响最小、造价最少、施工方便快速的无损检测和修复,文章结合实际成功案例进行了分析。采用地质雷达结合地震映像进行病害检测,用灌砂水密法施工进行了修复,运行多年效果良好,为类似情况提供有用的参考。Improper construction of roadside pipelines,especially the use of pipe pulling across rivers,can easily create voids around the pipelines.Over time,these voids can affect the road subgrade and cause road diseases such as cavities.These diseases often occur beneath existing facilities and are difficult to detect because they show no external signs.Once the diseases appear,conventional excavation for inspection and repair can have a significant impact on the road,with high costs and long construction periods.This paper analyzes how to perform non-destructive detection and repair with minimal impact,low cost,and convenient,rapid construction,based on successful practical cases.Ground-penetrating radar combined with seismic imaging is used for disease detection,and sand grouting with watertight construction is employed for repair.The method has been in use for many years with good results,providing a useful reference for similar situations.
