摘  要:顶管通过在超挖间隙同步注入膨润土泥浆,形成泥浆套,降低摩阻力。由于外部因素导致长时间停止顶进,长距离顶管泥浆套容易流失,土体与管壁直接接触,造成顶力激增无法启动。通过中继间分段开启配合补浆,使管道产生相对运动的常规方法,仍无法适应某些复杂地层工况。文章结合长距离钢顶管工程,分析重启顶进的影响因素,提出了钢管节改造中继间的施工方法,为长距离钢顶管重启顶进脱困施工提供有益的参考。In pipe jacking construction,a bentonite slurry sheath is formed by synchronously injecting slurry into over-excavation gaps to reduce frictional resistance.However,prolonged jacking stoppages caused by external factors can lead to slurry sheath loss in long-distance projects,resulting in direct soil-pipe contact and a sudden increase in jacking resistance that halts operations.Conventional methods like segmented activation of thixotropic jacks combined with grouting to induce relative pipe movement remain ineffective in complex geological conditions.Based on a long-distance steel pipe jacking project,this paper analyzes factors influencing jacking resumption and proposes a modified steel pipe segmentbased intermediate jacking station method.The study provides practical insights for troubleshooting jacking difficulties in long-distance steel pipe jacking projects.
