摘 要:该研究以甬舟高速公路西堠门公铁两用大桥4号墩深水沉井基础为工程背景,针对海上4号墩深水裸岩沉井设置基础的技术特点,分别从沉井加工、整体浮运、定位、水下爆破基坑整平,下沉,沉井内混凝土浇筑等施工技术进行研究。针对海上风大浪急、深水裸岩环境对施工产生的不利影响进行了相应环境荷载计算及分析,较为详细地介绍了沉井基础施工的关键技术与施工步骤。该研究对类似的海上裸岩深水沉井设置基础工程项目具有参考价值。This study takes the deepwater caisson foundation of Pier No.4 of the Xihoumen Railway-Road Bridge on the Ningbo-Zhoushan Expressway as the engineering background.Focusing on the technical characteristics of the deepwater bare rock caisson foundation for Pier No.4 at sea,the study investigates the construction techniques involved in caisson fabrication,overall floating transportation,positioning,underwater blasting for foundation leveling,sinking,and concrete pouring inside the caisson.Corresponding environmental load calculations and analyses are conducted to address the adverse effects of strong winds and high waves in the deepwater bare rock environment on construction.The key technologies and construction steps of the caisson foundation are introduced in detail.This study provides valuable references for similar projects involving the construction of deepwater bare rock caisson foundations for bridges.
