摘  要:为探讨不同微生物类群接种顺序在不同类型矿物参与下形成木质素-矿物复合体腐殖质组成的差异影响,采用液体摇瓶法,在分别装有针铁矿(Goe)、三羟铝石(Bay)、δ-MnO_(2)(MnO)、高岭石(Kao)和蒙脱石(Mon)的木质素培养液中接种由巨型芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium,B)、灰色链霉菌(Streptomyces griseus,S)、黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger,A)3种菌株全排列组成的6种微生物接种顺序(ABS、ASB、BAS、BSA、SBA和SAB),以此揭示历经腐殖化作用木质素-矿物复合体腐殖质组成的差异,探索细菌、放线菌及真菌三者不同接种顺序对木质素腐殖化作用的差异影响。结果表明:(1)基于Kao的添加,各接种顺序在培养后均促使类胡敏酸(HLA)分子结构的脂族化,使分子缩聚程度降低,尤以A.niger→B.megaterium→S.griseus的接种顺序影响最显著,添加Mon也表现为相同规律;(2)Goe、MnO和Bay对HLA形成的促进作用要高于Kao和Mon,其中以Goe效果最佳,基于上述5种矿物的添加,在B.megaterium→A.niger→S.griseus接种顺序下,HLA分子更易遭致降解。相反,A.niger→B.megaterium→S.griseus接种顺序配合Goe或MnO的添加更易促进HLA碳含量(C_(HLA))的积累;(3)同等条件下,Goe对腐殖质品质的改善效果显著高于其他矿物;MnO添加条件,历经110 d培养,唯有B.megaterium→A.niger→S.griseus的接种顺序使HLA与类富里酸(FLA)碳含量之比(C_(HLA)/C_(FLA))持续降低,其余接种顺序均不同程度地提高了C_(HLA)/C_(FLA)。基于Bay或Kao的添加,S.griseus→A.niger→B.megaterium接种顺序的培养均使C_(HLA)/C_(FLA)提高,而Mon添加、结合S.griseus→B.megaterium→A.niger的接种顺序使C_(HLA)/C_(FLA)增加幅度达到最大;(4)接种顺序相同、矿物种类不同会影响培养后类胡敏素(HLu)碳含量(C_(HLu))的丰缺,恰当的接种顺序辅以适当的矿物类型会促进HLu的分解,如Kao添加辅以S.griseus→A.niger→B.megaterium的接种顺序、A.niger→S.griseus→B.megatThis study aimed to investigate the impact of inoculation sequences from three microbial groups on the humus composition associated with different mineral types involved in lignin-mineral complex formation.The liquid shaking bottle method was adopted to inoculate six distinct microbial sequences(ABS,ASB,BAS,BSA,SBA,and SAB),which comprised three strains:Bacillus megaterium(B),Streptomyces griseus(S),and Aspergillus niger(A)within a lignin culture medium containing goethite(Goe),bayerite(Bay),δ-MnO_(2)(MnO),kaolinite(Kao),and montmorillonite(Mon).This approach aimed to elucidate the variations in the composition of lignin-mineral complexes formed during humification,and explored how different bacterial,actinomycete,and fungal inoculation sequences influenced the lignin humification process.The results indicated that:(1)The incorporation of kaolinite in various inoculation sequences enhanced thealiphatic structure of HLA molecules post-culture,leading to a reduction in molecular condensation,with the sequence A.niger→B.megaterium→S.griseus exhibiting the most pronounced effect;Similarly,montmorillonite addition demonstrated an analogous trend.(2)Goethite,δ-MnO_(2),and bayerite exhibited superior promoting effects on HLA formation compared to kaolinite and montmorillonite,with goethite yielding the most significant results.When these five minerals wereadded,HLA molecules showeda greater tendency for degradation under the inoculation sequence B.megaterium→A.niger→S.griseus;conversely,the sequence A.niger→B.megaterium→S.griseus combined with either goethite orδ-MnO_(2)was more conducive to enhancing C_(HLA)levels.(3)Under identical conditions,goethite significantly outperformed other minerals in improving humus quality;Specifically,underδ-MnO_(2)supplementation,only the B.megaterium→A.niger→S.griseus sequence resulted inacontinuous decline in the C content ratio(C_(HLA)/C_(FLA))between humic acid and fulvic acid(FLA)after 110 days of culture,whereas all other inoculation sequences led to varying de
