高黎贡山绿僵菌属不同物种的菌落孢子层颜色差异

摘　　要：绿僵菌的菌落孢子层颜色是其物种分类鉴定的重要依据之一。将来自高黎贡山的12个绿僵菌物种在PPDA培养基上进行产孢培养后,测定其菌落孢子层颜色差异及在产孢培养不同时期(前期、中期和后期)的孢子颜色变化,并测定不同物种在两种培养基(PPDA和1/4SDAY)上的菌落孢子层颜色差异。结果表明,这12个物种在PPDA培养基上的孢子层颜色差异较大,例如鳞鳃绿僵菌的孢子为黑灰色,金龟子绿僵菌为黄灰绿色,毒蛾绿僵菌为菘蓝绿色;产孢培养的不同时期,各物种的孢子层颜色变化各不相同,有的物种变化较大,有的物种变化较小或无明显变化,例如贵州绿僵菌的孢子层颜色由培养前期的浅灰色逐渐转变为后期的黑齐墩果色,而平沙绿僵菌孢子层在不同培养时期均为橄榄灰绿色;在两种培养基上,大多数物种的孢子层颜色差异不大,例如打铁虫绿僵菌颜色一致(都为黑齐墩果色),而保山绿僵菌颜色略有差异,都为水泥灰色,但在1/4SDAY培养基上孢子层颜色偏暗一点。The conidial layer color of Metarhizium is one of the important base for its species classification and identification.Sporulation culture for 12 Metarhizium species from Gaoligong Mountains were carried out on PPDA medium to determine the color difference of colonial conidia and conidial layer color change in different periods of sporulation culture(early,middle and late).The results showed that conidial layer color of the 12 species on PPDA medium varied greatly,for example,the conidia of M.lepidiotae was black-gray,the conidia of M.anisopliae was yellow celadon,the conidia of M.lymantriidae was woad blue.In different stages of sporulation culture,the change of conidial layer color for each species was varied,some species changed more,some species changed less or no obvious change,for example,the conidia of M.guizhouense was gradually changed from light gray in the early stage to black oleander in the later stage,while the conidia of M.pingshaense was olive gray-green in different culture stages.On the 2 culture media,there was little difference for the conidial layer color of most species.For example,M.campsosterni had the same conidial layer color(both black oleanium),while M.baoshanense was slightly different,both being cement gray and the conidial layer color was a little darker on 1/4SDAY culture medium.
