摘 要:粉红聚端孢(Trichothecium roseum)能引起栽培苹果霉心病、心腐病、黑点病及火棘枝枯病,探清其生物学特性有助于粉红聚端孢导致的病害的防控。从天山野果林的新疆野苹果枝枯病、心腐病样品分离到一株粉红聚端孢,采用菌丝生长速率法和血球计数板法,测试温度、pH值、光照等培养条件和碳源、氮源等营养条件对粉红聚端孢菌丝生长和产孢的影响,并筛选有效杀菌剂。探索天山野果林来源的粉红聚端孢生物学特性及有效杀菌剂。结果表明,粉红聚端孢XPK2-1菌丝生长的最适温度是25℃,最适pH值是7,光照促进菌丝生长效果不显著,最适碳氮源分别是淀粉、甘氨酸;产孢的最适温度是25℃,最适pH值是7,光照显著促进产孢,最适碳氮源分别是淀粉、硝酸钠。有效杀菌剂是氟硅唑,半致死浓度为7.791 mg/L。Trichothecium roseum can cause apple moldy core,core rot,black spot and pyracantha dieback,many strains of T.roseum were isolated from dieback and core rot on Malus sieversii(Ledeb.)M.Roem.from Tianshan wild apple forests.It would be benefit to prevent and control the diseases caused by T.roseum on M.sieversii that the biological characteristics were detected.The effect of cultural conditions such as temperature,light,pH value and nutrient such as carbon sources,nitrogen sources on mycelial growth and spore production of T.roseum XPK2-1,were tested by mycelial growth rate method and hemocytometer measurement,in order to detect the biological characteristics and fungicide of T.roseum from wild apple forests in Tianshan Mountain.The results show that the most suitable temperature for mycelial growth of T.roseum XPK2-1 was 25℃,the most suitable pH value was 7,light slightly promoted mycelial growth,and the most suitable carbon or nitrogen source was starch or glycine,respectively.The most suitable temperature for conidial production was 25℃,the most suitable pH value was 7,light significantly promoted conidial production,and the most suitable carbon or nitrogen source was starch or sodium nitrate,respectively.The most effective fungicide was flusilazole,the EC50 value was 7.791mg/L.
