云南避暑旅居城镇功能评价与指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：基于云南地域特征及避暑旅居的内涵与特点,从避暑旅居的环境质量、旅游资源状况、要素供给、生活幸福感等维度构建了云南避暑旅居指标体系,运用熵权法进行多维度综合评价对云南省内15个热门避暑旅居城镇开展研究。研究发现:云南热门避暑旅居城镇避暑功能水平较为集中,城镇间优劣势差异明显,避暑旅居环境质量、文旅资源丰富度、社会经济水平、地区消费水平、配套产业要素是影响避暑旅居功能的主要因素。城镇间应注重资源差异性转化,寻求特色化、异质化发展。Based on the regional characteristics and the connotation and characteristics of summer retreat in Yunnan,the index system of summer retreat in Yunnan was constructed from the dimensions of environmental quality,tourism resources,factor supply and life happiness,and the entropy weight method was used to conduct a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation to study 15 popular summer retreat towns in Yunnan Province.It is found that the level of summer retreat function in Yunnan’s popular summer retreat towns is relatively concentrated,and the differences of advantages and disadvantages between cities and towns are obvious.The environmental quality of summer residence,the richness of cultural and tourism resources,the social and economic development,the regional consumption level and the supporting industry factors are the main factors affecting the summer retreat function.The study suggests that towns should pay attention to the difference transformation of resources and seek the characteristic and heterogeneous development.
