摘  要:采用傅里叶红外光谱法对市售的可降解食品接触聚乳酸(PLA)制品的主成分及无机填料进行了定性分析,利用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对无机填料滑石粉的含量进行了定量检测。结果表明,市售的可降解食品接触制品主成分为PLA,部分制品成分也包含聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT);无机填料以滑石粉为主,且市售的4种可降解食品接触PLA制品中滑石粉的质量分数均低于30%,符合国家卫生健康委公告中滑石粉添加量的规定要求。微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法可以弥补傅里叶红外光谱对滑石粉检测只能定性、无法准确定量的缺点,为可降解食品接触PLA制品中滑石粉的安全性评价提供依据。Fourier infrared spectroscopy was used to qualitatively analyze the main components and inorganic fillers of commercially available biodegradable food contact polylactic acid(PLA)products,and the content of talc powder as the inorganic filler was quantitatively detected by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry.The results showed that the main components of the commercially available biodegradable food contact products were PLA,and some of the products also contained poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT).The inorganic fillers were mainly talc powder.The talc powder contents in the four commercially available biodegradable food contact PLA products were less than 30%(mass fraction),meeting the requirements for the addition amount of talc powder in the announcement of the National Health Commission.Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry can not only provide qualitative analysis but also quantitative analysis,making up for the shortcoming of infrared spectroscopy in detecting talcum powder and providing a scientific basis for evaluating the safety of talcum powder in biodegradable food contact PLA products.
